Why the change?

Clyde Mobility AG merged with AMAG Leasing AG on 1 June. As a result, all vehicle registration documents must be transferred to AMAG Leasing AG.

When does it need to be changed?

  • If you change your address, your vehicle registration document will be transferred to AMAG Leasing AG as the new owner at the same time.

  • If you extend your subscription, once you have signed the contract, we’ll let you know about the required change.

Important: After you receive our e-mail, you will have 14 days to take your current vehicle registration document to your cantonal driver and vehicle licensing office and pick up the new one.

This is how the change process works.

  • 1. You receive an e-mail from Clyde.

    You will receive a message from us with the most important information. The transfer must take place within 14 days.

  • 2. Clyde takes care of the paperwork.

    We will get the proof of insurance and send it straight to the driver and vehicle licensing office. We will fill out all the cantonal forms and submit everything – you don’t have to submit anything.

  • 3. You go to the traffic office.

    After we have submitted all the documents, you must go to your traffic office personally to collect your new registration document. Please bring your ID with you.

  • 4. Send a copy to Clyde.

    As soon as you have the new vehicle registration document, please send us a digital copy.

    Following the merger of Clyde Mobility AG into AMAG Leasing AG on 1 June, vehicle registration documents must now be transferred to AMAG Leasing AG.
    You have to go to the traffic office in person and pick up the new vehicle registration document. Clyde will take care of everything else for you – forms, insurance certificates, cantonal documents.
    You have 14 days from receipt of our e-mail so that we can process the transfer as smoothly as possible.
