The Clyde “Refer-a-Friend program” is active until Decemer 31, 2026, provided that Clyde‘s “Refer-a-friend program” is officially offered by this time. The reward program applies to all available fully electric vehicles (BEVs) from Clyde’s current product range, which can be viewed at clyde.ch/en. The selected minimum term must be at least 12 months. Terms of 1, 2, 3 and 6 months are excluded from the special offer.
Referrers will be eligible to earn a reward according to Section 3 of these General Terms & Conditions only when all the following conditions are met:
I. You are an active Clyde customer at the time you send an invitation and when reward(s) are issued, i.e. you either have a current subscription and your vehicle return date is at least 30 days in the future, or you have placed a binding order for a future subscription that has been confirmed by Clyde. An order is considered as binding as soon as the first monthly fee has been paid.
II. You have received a personal referral code from Clyde.
III. You share your personal referral code with a referee.
IV. The referred person enters your personal referrer code during the online booking at clyde.ch and makes a binding booking.
V. A combination of multiple discount codes during the booking process is excluded.
VI. The referred person has a sufficient creditworthiness, has paid the first monthly fee and the booking was confirmed by Clyde.
VII. The referred person was not a Clyde customer before, i.e. this is the first agreement between the referred person and Clyde. Follow-up bookings are not eligible to earn a reward.
VIII. Every participant in the Clyde “Refer-a-Friend program” can refer an unlimited number of new customers.

Provided that the conditions mentioned under section 2 of these General Terms & Conditions are met, both referrers and referees will earn a reward of CHF 200.
Any rewards earned will be credited to your next possible monthly statement after delivery of the vehicle. Orders that have been cancelled, refunded, or reversed by either the referee, referrer, or Clyde do not count as eligible orders.
The reward is not paid in cash. Crediting is only possible if the referrer still has at least one future invoice open, otherwise the referrer’s reward will expire. Rewards will not be applied to future orders.

The Clyde “Refer-a-Friend program” is aimed at both private and corporate customers. Commercial promotions as well as commercial dealers are excluded from participating in the program. Selling the voucher code is expressly prohibited. If there is suspicion of improper use of the “Refer a-Friend program”, Clyde reserves the right to exclude individual customers from the program.
Please note that you, as the referred person, agree that the referrer receives a credit and in this case becomes aware of your order of a Clyde subscription.
No correspondence will be conducted about the offer. The judges‘ decision is final.
