5. Retrieval of the vehicle in the event of breaches of contract: retrievals according to actually incurred retrieval costs, but at least: CHF 1,000

7. Removal of heavy soiling of the vehicle caused by animal hair: CHF 450
8. Removal of smoke residues: CHF 450
9. Independent expert in the event of disagreements: CHF 800
10. Cancellation before the first monthly instalment payment or non-payment of the first instalment within the specified period: CHF 50
11. Cancellation after the first monthly instalment payment prior to vehicle handover: CHF 500
12. Failure to appear at the agreed time and location for handover or return: CHF 180
