To enjoy the benefits of this promotion, you must also agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All customers who have been notified about this promotion by email have the opportunity to subscribe to an electric car from Clyde for a period of three months – once the trial period has expired, 50% of the invested subscription costs will be credited as a discount on a car purchase or leasing agreement at any AMAG garage.

1.1. The offer applies to all brands of electric car at Clyde that can be booked for a minimum term of three or six months.

1.2. The customer is free to choose whether the discount shall be credited towards a purchase or leasing agreement for an electric car or an ICEV.

1.3. The purchase or leasing must take place within a month of the end of the subscription. If, for example, the three-month subscription ends in November, the purchase or leasing agreement must take place in December.

2. The subscription vehicle must be redeemed for the recipient of the email themselves or the recipient’s group of entitled persons, whereby the contractual partner must also be the primary driver.

The recipient’s group of entitled persons includes the following persons:

- Spouse/partner
- Children (over 20 years of age)
- Parents
- Siblings

3. Please note that Clyde’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy must be complied with and accepted in order to take out a Clyde electric car subscription. The applicant must undergo a mandatory credit check and disclose the necessary personal data during the booking process.

3.1. If the credit check is negative, the booking will be cancelled. The offer will remain valid during the promotional period.

4. The promotion can only be applied during the promotional period and only during this limited time. The promotional period ends at 23:59 CET on 31.12.2025.
